The elusive Sipac has arrived in La Paz! After over a month of waiting for this form; it took all of two hours to take it to the other driver's insurance company, have them issue the paperwork we need, go to a shop, have our car looked at by the mechanic and get the parts ordered. They say they will call when the parts come in, which means we no longer have to linger in one place. We can do what we came here to do, pack up our truck and camper, hit the road and explore!!!
After waiting around in La Paz for almost two weeks for a piece of paper that would let us visit the body shop, we can finally hit the road and do some more exploring.
